TECHNOLOGY AND ADVANTAGES

The company has been working on a big dimension siderurgic site for 30 years dealing with pickling plants maintenance and also refurbishing of existing plants.This big experience has allowed our company to face other different industrial branches.

The so-called piping includes al systems of pipes and plants design, including collection, storage, ad transport of the different process fluids. Generally this piping is manufactured in plastic components as PP – Pe – PVC – PVC/C – PVDF – PRFV.

Thanks to the flexibility of our equipment and the materials we use,it is possible to operate in existing plants with divided operations , we can reduce significantly shutdown and lost production costs.

The high chemical resistance of the components we use is able to ensure long life to the equipment that is manufactured end/or modified following specific treatments for which it is designed. our main areas of operation are:
chemical-petrochemical-siderurgic-textile-thermoelectric-incinerators-irrigation and water transport plants-pharmaceutical ad ecologic.

Corrosion and abrasion coatings
TECHNOLOGIES AND ADVANTAGES

The applied coatings are designed especilly to resist in chemiclly contaminated ambients.They are based mainly on reinforced with carbon and Fluor resins ((PTFE, PFA, FEP, ETFE, ECTFE, MFA, PE, etc...) particolarmente aggressivi, oltre i limiti di resistenza dei materiali tradizionali.
The extraordinry flexibility and the features of these resins can adapt to different types of industries, that handles very agressive products, that goes beyond usual resistance of the traditional materials.
The use of these resins allows the customer great savings because it substitutes high cost steels or alloys,and in terms of production reduces shutdowns times, and also preventing contamination of metallic elements, ensuring high quality of the finished product.

Where industry needs hig abrasion resistance, ceramic coatings based on fluorocarbon resins like PTFE, FEP, PFA provides very high performance on abrasion protection, much more elevated than in hard metal like for example stainless steel.Moreover, this application offers some features in avoiding build-up of dust and working rejects, providing ease of clean of the metallic surfaces and also ensuring a high quality of the finished product.

Working of plastic materials offers a very large range of applications in the industrial, civil and militaryfield, because the manufacture of specific plants components is easily possible.
In this section is included the manufacturing of special parts obtained from plastics sheets like PP – PVC – Pe – PVDF – metacrilate – polycarbonate, etc...
Working withcomposites materials in PRFV (reinforced with fiberglass /carbon and kevlar ) offers a wide flexibility to manufacture various components.
Our workshop, providing specific equipment, is able to ensure the production of components which can be only one piece, small quantitites and also large quantities.

Waterproofing and Thermal Insulations
TECHNOLOGIES AND ADVANTAGES

After much experience in the coatings world,our company can also offer the use of polyurea as the best waterproofing system available on the market.
This modern technology consisting in sparaying polyureic resins with special equipment, allows toget high performances in terms of permeability against water, flexibility, tensile strength, impact resistance, UV rays resistance, oil and acid chemical resistance.
This technology can be applied on every kind of surface with complicted shapes, is solvent free and cures in a very limitated time, so that the surface can be immediately accessible the many advanteges of the application of polyurea is:
  • Immediate stop to water seepage;
  • Waterproofing of concrete structures without any demolition;
  • Signìficant energy savings;
  • Permeability to vapor and condensation elimination, with prevention from rust of the metallic equipments;
  • Easy and quick application with significnt reduction of labor costs;
  • Polyurea product is washable and not affected by organic chemicals;
  • Recovery and encapsulation of surfaces instead of removing them (asbestos);
  • Continuous waterproofing without joints;
  • Guarantuee of the job.

The same procedure and equipment concerns the application of insulation polyurethanic foams that are especially indicted for thermal, acoustic and solar insulation .It represents the best way to the insulation needs.The high ( and steady during time ) value of conductivity allows polyurethaic foams to achieve high levels of thermal insulation with thicknesses significantly reduced compared to other insulationg materials.

Specialty Maintenance

Our company has gained a significant experience in the steel mill site of Terni, providing for many years the maintenance in different parts of the plants like pickling lines, chemical storage area and wastewater ( coming from flue gas)treatment area.
Our company is equipped with modular maintenance workshop units, so that we can ensure our presence in industrial establishments that need medium and long-term service operations, guarantueeing the promptness of intervention.
Trough a constant process of growth, our company has faced more and more difficult and qualifying works, completed in the right time, for the satisfaction of our customers.
Our employed workforce is highly qualifyed with proven reliability and competence, being able to provide 30/40000 hours of operations per year.

Continually training activity is done on our human resources, especially concerning safety standards provided by applicable laws for DPI (individual protection devices) (BSI OHSAS 18001:2007)
Some specific works can be operated in very hostile conditions, on high heights, in enclosed spaces or in contaminated areas (DPR 177/11)
For each job, our Management edits a safety procedure, where specific risksand possible solutions are evaluated with also the most valuable safety devices to be used, all the emergency security measures to be taken, and lastly assistance and monitoring on the completed job.
